Try using VPN. I can’t seem to easy install using my wifi but possible with mobile data. Also try to remove auto-sleep of your phone. Sometimes the auto-sleep function messes the dl too

still the same yesterday mate. i tried a hundred time on both easy install + Cydia impactor about 3days and still trying. Vpn doesn't help much. because of easy install still downloaded but couldn't install on ur phone
