The link not broken, for download the file need more time not just 5minute, because the size is 1,8gb+.. just waiting, it will show after the download finished..

This is what the Chinese version has, they include built in hack / support for controller like HandJoy and include CheatEngine (Chinese version is called IGX, here it’s called DLG)
