how you manage to download it? do you use VPN or what country are you from?

Delete previous app and use safari to direct install the app to your phone. It will take very long so remember to disable sleeping on your phone.

Took me 30 mins for so. It will show waiting for a very Long time and eventually you will see installation. Do not tap the app while it is in waiting.
