Your dpkg is corrupted, perhaps update/reinstall through Terminal?

Do you have terminal installed on device? or SSH capabilities?

SSH yes with filezilla on pc

Well, we wont be using Filza. Either Command Prompt or Putty for Windows, or Terminal for Mac.
