Goto Cydia 

-> Sources, Click " Edit " in the top Right then click  " Add " in the top left 

-> type this https://julio.xarold.com/ after this is added

-> Goto "Search" in the bottom right 

-> type this NetKillUIBeta (iOS 11), after this is installed

* ! ! Not needed but is useful ! ! * 

-> Download " Fing " from the app store 

--------------------------------------------------------

->Open NetKillUIBeta (iOS 11)

->Pull down to show devices 

->Click any or the button in the top right saying " Kill all " to disable all devices

and that's it, hope this helps ☃️
