I had two boxes failing at some point, where i paid for them, but they were not delivered, because the hack was turned on.
But now i am able to click "Restore purchases" and after that click on "buy box", then it says "great choice" and delivers the fusion parts, then when Apple store says "want to buy this" i just click cancel. I am able to do this two times, then i click restore purchases again and is able to do it two times again.
So some how it should be possible to trick the app to think it got a message from Apple store.

Wishlist:
Strip car = 1 cash
Removal of fusion parts = 1 gold
The same amount of fusion parts on cars that we buy, as when we pull them.
The opportunity to buy previous cars. (to get the cars, but also to get fusion/stage6 parts)
To be able to strip all cars, also pricecars bought for 1 gold
The opportunity to put amount for each key type, not all three at the same amount, for screenshots
