Help/Support Intalled cydia_1.1.27_iphoneos.deb on ELECTRA 11.3

Hi, iOsGods:

 

Please help me i really messed up, I installed cydia_1.1.27_iphoneos.deb by mistake.

Jailbrek and  Installed Tweaks working perfectly, but i cant open Cydia it appear a message that  saids the developer of this app needs to update it to work with iOs 11... Try too use Delectra, but commands not found.  I think the .deb modify Repos and i cant open Cydia please help me  to find a solution. Respect to all

i tryed this 2 methods :

But wont solve anything cuz  SPC command not fout or i cant open Cydia.
