It was a deb <<- if that means that I had to install the deb to access and toggle it in settings then yes lol.

omg, i install it and after that, it always keep me in safe mode, and i cannot get out

You actually just download his thing through cydia, turn it on in settings like the .deb file, then you'll have to "update it" by going to apple maps (i found this strange lol -- don't worry, it explains in the settings what to do). Then you launch BF and that's it
