Help/Support iOS 11.3.1 iap hack that works?

So I have like tried a lot of stuff and I just want some free in app purchase. The new localiapstore doesn’t work for me (The one with the double coins) . Is this a problem with me or with the version.

 

Oh yeah don’t hurt me if I have like screwed up

Oh shoot I messed up I knew it I meant like one that works with iOS 11.3.1. Damn I knew that I would muck up.

Also, keep in mind that a MAJORITY of the games are now server-side games and these methods won't work, it will just give you an error. It usually works for games offline like "clicker games, those subway surfers type games, and so forth.
