Unfortunately if you cannot access anything on your iDevice, you're basically not jailbroken so your options are limited. You said Filza & Jailed terminal is also not working.

Delectra works fine

You need to try to jailbreak again till you can ssh into your phone

You can remove Electra from device and use MP one & rejailbreak

If you mean delete electra.app from applications I already did and loaded mp. Still stucked at 2/3. Cant ssh in to phone.

I have same as your prob but it has been solved by turn off " install tweaks" on electra and jailbreak again it will let you access ssh, good luck
