When i try to install tweak,i always receive error in picture,can someone help me fix this? Im in 11.3.1

this is an issue with an old package not installed or not configured well

remove one at a time and see when the problem is resolved

I already delete all of tweek that remnant from ios 10 jb

But when i install tweak again,error not disappearing

Below is tweak that i have now,some of them is cydia file or electra,so i dont remove them,what next?
