Help/Support Electra 11.3.1 Cydia Issues

I have managed to JB 11.3.1 but now i have old files in new Cydia installed.. files are all from Previous 9.3.3 Pangu JB

60 updates that cant be removed or updated and practicaly Cydia is unusable

Cant install enything

Cant Remove nothing that is installed inside.

is FutureRestore only choice now ? i have bloobs for 11.3.1 saved for ipad mini 3

 

i have never used FutureRestore.. is it safe.. how is succes rate ? where can i found tutorial..

I have the same problem as you.. it seems like all the residue files were left over and we can’t do anything right now
