It seems like I am unable to do anything with app sync and Apple file conduit, yet every time I try to update or remove something it always queue these two to be removed or updated

Looks  the solution was to remove all the app sync files from var/lib/dpkg/info

Have you tried Delectra? Many are reporting that it worked for them on the new Electra Jailbreak.

Delectra will delete any files/folders and tweaks created by Electra Jailbreak so you can re-jailbreak from scratch. Make sure to read the Delectra Instructions.

@DiDA but I’m not sure which are my user installed tweaks and I can’t use semi restore as I’m in iOS 11.2.6 ..mid it everything in the user section in installed?
