obviously timing is everything here because you are playing other hackers. To disable another persons god mode you have to (trust me now it works) turn your godmode off.. 

I noticed that my cheats effected other players if I changed them mid game. I was playing duos with no speed applied. When I turned on speed EVERYONE had it. Then I entered a standoff I turned godmode off and was able to kill another cheater

So according to Joka ,  these are just bots. I've encountered the "glitch" (because idk what to call it) and decided to play around with it a couple times. If I sat in one spot watching the other 3 shoot at each other, you'd start to notice that they're repeating the same patterns over and over again and that they weren't human players. So yes, turning off godmode seems to fix this, but in my experience, they continued their same patterns until they were all killed.

So the same still applies, that makes it so atleast the bots are guaranteed to make it to the end so you can turn god mode off and still kill them. I have seen it work on a non not (I believe). I wasn't using speed during a game so the boys shouldn't have it either however I killed a player obviously using speed the same way as I mentioned prior
