Help/Support Problem with What's Your Story hack

Hi, everyone.
When you have to choose the name of your character, the keyboard doesn't appear and is impossible to progress im the game. 
(Sorry for my bad english)

Can you try opening the menu and see if the keyboard comes up?

The keyboard is showing up like normal but not when i have to enter the name of my character of the story.

Can you tap the iOSGods button then tap on the name input to see if the keyboard comes up? Keep the menu opened when tapping on the text input.
