    Was wondering if there is a way to download an app from the AppStore that is iOS 11 using iOS 10.2.1 with cydia somehow? I'm dying to play BTD 6 but I'm currently unable to purchase or install using Filza as it's the incorrect version and Filza fails as well.

    Most likely it won’t work due to framework difference between iOS 10 and 11. There are tweaks to spoof or even editing .plist version requirement from the ipa, but due to framework differences, it might not work as it is.

    You can still give it a try: 

    Download the ipa and use Filza to edit info.plist

    edit the following: (replace the X to the version you want)

    <key>MinimumOSVersion</key>
        <string>X.X</string>

    Save the plist, install the app. 

    The app will most likely be installed, but crash upon running due to framework. Good luck anyway.
