If I use SuperImpactor, I get an error, and my iPad isn't in the original IPA's supported device list. 

However, if I change the IPA to a zip and edit the info.plist file to add my device, Impactor gives me an error and people are saying that it really needs SuperImpactor for some reason. But, SuperImpactor can only install from IPA's and not zips

Change the zip back into ipa by adding ipa at the end

You dont need to change anything to zip... just rightclick->w/ 7zip "open archive"->open info.plist->add ur supported device->save-> and install using super impactor.

You have to use Super Impactor, not cydia impactor

i have two phones ones on 11.2.1 and 10.2. im using it in ios 11.2.1. and not working
