Xcon Crashes my iPad 4 on ios 10.3.3 every time I go to cydia it says check file system then turns black. Please help with this problem

Xcon kill Cydia substrate which means that you can no longer open Cydia . If you want to be able to open Cydia again, you'll have to go in safe mode and delete xCon.

you are wrong, i have xCon installed and it doesn't kill cydia substrate. but i can confirm it is unstable tweak and has to be on latest version
