I have the same situation.  I found the reason, it turned out that I was simply banned.  The developers have confirmed this.  Be careful, download already patched mods.

i installed the app to my android phone.. its working fine...  so we are really banned? is there a way to recover our progress?

We were banned, well, I'm 99% sure.  I don't know if progress can be saved
