Same error on 3 computers is either a huge coincidence, or maybe something is wrong with your iDevice.

Are you trying to do a fresh restore? How many times have you tried?

1. https://www.apple.com/itunes/

2. Hover Over Itunes (Hold Control and Right Click)

3.  Show in Finder

4. Take the downloaded itunes and put it in the trash and empty it.

5. Continuing from the website the download should be finished.

6. Open the download and you should get a pop up and make sure to click replace files and etc.

7. wait for it to finish up and head to https://ipsw.me/device-finder to make sure you grabbed the proper ipsw download for your ios device

8. Install the proper ipsw for the device you use and itunes should be up and running for you.

9. when the ipsw finish downloading, (hold command and click on update iphone)

10. select the ipsw file you downloaded and itunes should begin to downgrade or upgrade the device you are updating or downgrading.

11. The apple symbol should show along with a line filling under and wait for that to finish and you should be on the downloaded version of the ipsw you selected.

12. Enjoy!
