What do you mean by auto complete challenges not working ? 

I tested it and it's working fine for me ... please clear any mission and you'll get all the challenges complete

But why does it not work on the New Event Missions that were added to the new update and on the new Hard missions it’s not working

"Auto Complete All Challenges" will not work with new events added in V1.8.0.
Specifically, it does not work with the story of Ginew, Kuririn.
