Help/Support Jackpot followers not getting any prizes

Everytime I spin on jackpot it works but I don't get any prizes or wins ? Is there a way I can start winning again or start fresh ?

You either got too many coins and it's not giving you anymore or you have too many spins.

 

Whatever the reason:

Just sign out of the main account on Jackpot (Click on the Upper-Left hand corner, swipe right on the account on top, click yes)

Then sign in with a different Account (Fake Account)

Add the account you want the followers on after that. (Real Account)

Then start spinning again.

Redeem followers.

 

Repeat after it stops giving you coins again. (Should be when you reach around 1700+)

Do you know if you need to keep creating new accounts or I can just continue to use the same accounts and repeat the process

I believe you'll have to continue to create new accounts because if you were to sign back into the other accounts they still wouldn't receive any coins as it's already at its limit.
