Found a solution!!

 

Install Filza from cydia and open it

Navigate to /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries

Click on edit, select all files and click move

Navigate to /usr/lib/TweakInject Paste the files

Go back to /Library/MobileSubstrate

Delete the folder DynamicLibraries

Click on Edit -> More -> Symbolic Link Navigate to /usr/lib/ and select the TweakInject folder

Rename the TweakInject symlink you just created (in /Library/MobileSubstrate) to DynamicLibraries

Re-install Tweak Injector and PreferenceLoader in Cydia

Respring

Reinstall MOD

All Tweaks should be working correctly now. If not, consider rebooting and re-jailbreaking.

All my tweaks are working only the mod doesnt show up in settings

For me nothing was working, some apps (the app that i installed that is, which was around 3 so no real testing) still don't! So might still be worth a shot.

I did what you told me but still not showing up in settings... but all my other tweaks are working perfectly
