This is probably because you have iapcraker or something like that enabled in tweaks, disable it and you should be good to go!

deactived your password - Siri and iclound mode .

re-jailbreak with mode airplane on ( no WiFi or no cellular ) 

deactived the tweak LocalAppstore or other tweak identical before start the game
