Help/Support Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery Troubleshooting

Hello, I have a problem where I used this game called Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery and wanted to see if the IAP store, I was wrong and then later I tried to get in but couldn't and the game would crash at the beginning, if anyone wonders my IOS is 10.0.1.

try to link your account, uninstall and reinstall the game. it might fix it

Don't worry, I fixed it. I had to turn down my phone then JB again, tho you would make my day if you kne any Jailbroken hacks for this game! ?

Im currently playing the Hogwarts mystery game. The game is stuck at the end of level one where your invited to gather at the hall but don't get any further cause I get kicked out the game.

I am not able to play Harry Potter Hogwarts mistrey in my iPhone 6. I am continuously thrown out of the game. 

What should I do to stop crashing of my game?
