This is very confusing. I NEED HELP ON EVERYTHING. Anyone? Help please. When I have the .ipa for the game, it's just the .ipa on it's own. & I can't put it in winrar & i dont see those options.

Do you have winrar installed? If so you are opening the ipa as if it were a .rar file in a way, since it's basically just an archive... If you can't right click and see where to open it in winrar, right click and click open with... then find winrar, (click choose default program and search for winrar there if it doesn't show up) or rename the "appname.ipa" to "appname.rar" and open it. Then rename it back to "appname.ipa" when finished. Hopefully that fixes your issue
