Help/Support LocalIapStore crash

Hello, does anyone know how to fix thes glitch, when ever I try to use the localiapstore on Jurassic world the game or Jurassic park builder, it crashes and apparently it does work so does anyone know the problem!

That's not a "glitch", LocalIAPStore works only with apps Localbased, not Serverbased, an example can be Clash of Clans (fully Serverbased) LocalIAPStore doesen't work on it.
