Basically, you download the .ipa file, then from your computer, you connect your iOS device with it and run Cydia impactor. You drag the file to impactor and press start. 

 

You wait 1-2 minutes and there you go. On your iOS device screen you will find the icon of the game. Both features are pre-activated since this is a hacked ipa
