OK so, I was wondering 2 things: 

- How can I install IPAs on my iPhone that are from another region? Do I simply spoof my location to the region the IPA is from, or do I need to do something else?

- Also, is there a way to bypass mobile game bans, as I imagine people already have/are going to get banned from games like PUBG/Fortnite mobile soon.

Uhm, you can just use a different Apple ID for the ipa you want to download ( appstore ) or just search that on appcake and install it from the device itself, or from pc through cydia impactor.

 

Second question, sorry, don't know

Apple ID to install apps or install with JB device, or cydia impactor for NJB. They don't  need to be location spoof.

 

For NJB, you would have to reset I think or switch Game Center. JB uses app manager.
