    For Windows 8.1 you need to search internet options from start and add the info there.

     

    But I'd rather suggest a VPN like CyberGhost for Windows. :)

    I actually added the DNS info into some other fields and now it works perfectly - both my iPad and laptop (browsers and apps). Plus it doesn't decrease my internet speed as it seems so the quality is just perfect.

     

    Best method ever. :p

    Yes but I suggest you don't keep the DNS server on all the time. Only when you need it. :)

    I only use it on Netflix and Hulu and when I watch stuff otherwise no. :D
