Does anyone have any PTTP US VPNs that work with Hulu or a non-jailbreak way to use a free VPN to watch Hulu on iPad?

I've been using that on my TV to watch Netflix and Hulu. Working fine here.

I tried a couple of times of it not working and I realized that if I refresh the page it works. It works perfectly for my browsers but the only issue is that I can't seem to get it to work on the Windows 8.1 apps on my laptop.

But I guess good enough.

For Windows 8.1 you need to search internet options from start and add the info there.

But I'd rather suggest a VPN like CyberGhost for Windows.

I tried this before the method suggested above and before posting the thread but the VPN is far too slow (at least for me). I can't seem to use a Skype or any other app and the quality of the streams is heavily downscaled sadly.
