So here’s someothing that could help:

The application is meant to connect to pay range vending machines (which there are a many near me) and you can pay directly from the app using credits cards and stuff. 

Basically, when you first signup for the app, it allows you to purchase anything from the vending machine for free but only the first time you sign up. I tried making a new account and stuff but it still didn’t allow me to so I assumed that the app can somehow remember if you got a free vending machine item before. So basically I’m requesting that there is somehow a way if you guys could exploit the first free item thing so that it’s forver free or some way that the app wouldn’t recognize that a free vend has already been redeemed on the device.

Did you try using a new Apple account with the new account for the app?

To make sure that people don't exploit this, Pay Range saves your ip address and If you attempt to use that device with the same IP address, it prevents your phone or device from getting another free item. the way around this Is to download a VPN or IP address change onto your phone and make a new account on PayRange then change your IP address and repeat. in theory, someone could develop a program to do this automatically and seamlessly with a virtual device, but I unfortunately don't have enough programming expertise to know how to do that so I'm stuck were stuck with doing it manually for now.

Wow old thread, but i've discovered a flaw, you could modify the amount response via an SSL Proxy and the machine doesn't do a server check for the account correct balance haha. Gonna try to make the response type native to the IPA so you don't need to proxy the response on the fly

I have a working way to get unlimited free vends. Does not take a crazy amount of effort to do either. Yet I am worried about publicly releasing this as it could very well be patched. Please message me individually and I will explain how to do so.

Can you help me and explain how to modify values on an SSL proxy? I can see what’s being communicated but I’m unsure how to go about in changing balance to spoof it. 

 

My work around of getting the 1st item free has been patched and now I can no longer get my free vends
