Help/Support IOS 11 How to Increse 3G/4g SIGNAL Jailbreak???

I have a weak 4g signal and it will not load online games it’s stupid 

how can I increase 

 

HERES THE THING 

 

if if  turn data off and on it has 4g full bars for like 6 seconds and it loads online fast 

 

after them seconds it goes ULTRAAAA SLOW 

 

so what the hell????

Do you know if there’s a way to TRICK the iPhone if it’s on 4g 

 

trick  i it to basically think it’s on a WiFi connected ?? Not a hotspot just on the phone by itself but trick it to thinking the 4g it’s connected to wifiWiFi
