Help/Support error while sideloading pubg on ipad, please help!!

while sideloading pubg on my ipad, i will get a notice from my computer saying "something has caused impactor to start working", and then it will close out automatically? buy it loaded just fine onto my iphone.. a solution to the problem would be greatly appreciated.. thanks
