Try making a new user account on your Windows and sideload from there.

If some of you can’t login to your Apple ID with Cydia Impactor follow this guide:

Head to https://appleid.apple.com and log into your Apple ID account

In your account settings, find the “APP-SPECIFIC PASSWORDS” part and then click on set a name and Generate Password.

After that copy and paste the generated code into the password box on Cydia Impactor and there you go should work fine
