Im using lowerinstall tweak to download my hospital  i need ios 10.0 to download but using lowerinstall let me downloaded but never installed  alwask say imposiible to install  try later       ??  Can u guys help me o tell me what to do   Thank you:)

After intalling lower install?  Yes

Sorry bro it is useless because it is still in its beta versions I also contacted with Julioverne regarding this and any future updates and I got reply saying that he is not at all planning to update this in near future. I also had the same problem. Do not expect this scrap to work.

I had the same problem you're having but now it's working fine. Maybe try reinstalling
