    This seems to be an issue that's affecting a few users, some say that using Wi-Fi/Mobile Data instead helps. Have you read through the posts?

    Have you tried logging in via Facebook before tapping on the user card?

    Yeah, on Facebook, it just freezes but doesn't crash unless you're not on the app. On guests, it worked fine but it tells me to create a new character

    Same issue here with iPad mini 4, iPhone 6 / 6+ & iPad Air 2 - all the same stuck issue but with iPhone 6s / iPhone 7/7+  & iPhone X works fine ( W H Y ) :)
