it was me probably.

step 1. 

install PUBG from last DIDA's post or from alternative app store

step 2. load the game

step 3. it starts to dwnld 20m update. after its done, reboot the game and press "repair" button (it is on login screen in right corner) 

step 4. wait till 20m update install and try to login
