Cydia Cydia is not letting me do anything. Cant go into JB mode... I dont know if I should restore or not.

I've used cydia for 3 days now and it's not letting me download, reinstall, remove, upgrade, or do anything anymore and i can't even go into jailbreak mode. Filza is not giving me permission to do anything, mTerminal opens but says "login: /bin/sh: No such file or directory
