I really don't know, just works for me this way mate.

You can use PC dow files ipa from itunes to edit the version of info.plist files but i am sure when you get it will crash because it only supports 11 also when i am in ios 9 some games require ios 10 is the same so this apple force us to new ios if we want to live with jaibreak we have to accept
