Installed and logged in says hack is enabled but don’t know how to use it ?

Opened the hack... then I clicked the card to enable it but I don’t see unlimited anything. I don’t have an option in my iPhone X in Settings either.

I’ve tried tapping everywhere with 3,4,5 fingers and I get nothing

I have unlimited keys without buying them and I would be happy to share how I did this if someone can show me how this unlimited mod menu works. My unlimited keys method works on jailbreak or non jailbroken phones and also on both android and iPhone.
