it didn't work :( you know other way or should I reset my tablet?

First check that you have the newest version of Cydia Impactor.

Try using the install package option by clicking on the devise button in Cydia Impactor and installing it this way. 

If this doesn't work try creating a new App-Specific password

If this doesn't work either create a new Apple ID BUT before you do this I highly suggest you to check if you have a developer account log in to it  and check if you need to agree to the  Apple agreement
