Error when using dpkg command to install .deb iOS 11

When installing the Rules of Survival VIP hack on iOS 11, this error comes up:

Installing via SSH and dpkg command, Filza does not work. 

 

iPhone:/Library root# dpkg -i com.mrs14t3r.rules2_v1.0.14-12_iphoneos-arm.deb         

dpkg: error processing archive com.mrs14t3r.rules2_v1.0.14-12_iphoneos-arm.deb (--install):    

 parsing file '/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/control' near line 9 package 'com.mrs14t3r.rules2':        

 error in 'Version' field string 'v1.0.14-12': version number does not start with digit        

Errors were encountered while processing:      

 com.mrs14t3r.rules2_v1.0.14-12_iphoneos-arm.deb

u can install newterm2 from hbang repo 

and copy deb file to var/mobile 

so open newterm2 and write su and password alpine 

and write dpkg -i tweakname.deb

That’s what I’m doing already, I’m still getting the error. I can’t use Filza because it says bash command not recognised so I have been using NewTerm
