The folder was never there

also, that's only one step

you could try all of these steps but im not sure about the Erase all content and settings.

Fixed!

Using the Cydia branch of Electra’s ipa on GitHub, I looked at the topanga check found here: https://github.com/coolstar/electra/blob/cydia/electra/the fun part/utilities/topangadetect.m

While it says not to delete the files in there, I was at the point that I decided I didn’t care, and deleting the few files I did have allowed me to jailbreak.
