Help/Support Dominations Hack - Unauthorized User

Hi there, I was wondering if you guys could help.

i had downloaded the Dominations VIP hack a while ago whilst having a VIP membership. I have let that membership run out and I'm now unable to access the game.

The game loads up with the hack notification, then when I click thank you it goes to the iOSgods login page, but I'm now getting this message:

What can I do to resolve this?
