Help/Support Unable to install Cydia Impactor

Hey guys, I am currently using an iPhone 6 (ios 11.0.1) Non-Jailbroken and whenever I try to install it to my phone it says

provision.cpp:81

ios/addAppId=9313

The 'Network Extensions' feature is only available to users enrolled in Apple Developer Program.

Please visit https:// developer.apple.com/programs/ to enroll

Then, when I go to "Xcode" I select Revoke Certificates and it says,"progress.hpp:87 _assert(false)," I already checked my Apple ID if it had any Two-Step Authentications and it did not.

My Impactor is also the latest version available at the moment. (Impactor 1518751230)

the latest version has issues. Revoke with an older one sign with the new one. I just went on my iphone settings and deleted all then resigned all three

If your trying to install cydia, cydia extender is not it currently the jailbreaks for ios 11.0-11.1.2 

P.S This is a Semi-Jailbreak which means currently Cydia By Saurik Is not Included.

I'm just trying to install Cydia Impactor to hack One Piece Treasure Cruise, Tap Titans and Naruto x Boruto Ninja Voltage. But Tap Titans I need VIP or Jailbroken iPhone, but since iOS 11 Jailbreak didn't come out yet I'm just going to be trying to hack One Piece and Naruto
