It's obviously fake. Looks to just be a more expensive crappy signing service. Just get something like AppDB.

You can get AppDB from here https://appdb.store/  (you need to click the pro button in the top corner and link your device first.)

There are other alternatives, like iPASTORE, but AppDB is pretty much the same and is a lot cheaper.

You can always go with a free signing service like Appvlly (iOSGods won't let me right full name), but they inject ads into apps and get revoked very easily.

Also with AppDB you can sign your own apps as long as you can find the ipa file on the internet.

And yes, it all works on iOS 11.
