Help/Support iFunBox/iTools won't recognise iPhone/iPad on iOS 8.3

if i downgrading my ios, is that mean i jailbreak my iphone ??

you can jailbreak your device if it will release so better you downgrade your device to ios 8.2 until jailbreak release for ios 8.3 if u wanna use ifunbox

i know this moring i was playing around on my ipad and i got a message sayin "new update available" i didnt up date and ifunbox was working perfect then i update come back and when i go on an app in ifunbox it blank like no documents folder or you shoy

there are no tools available for jailbreak ios 8.1.3,8.2,8.3 so you can't but you can use ifunbox on ios 8.2

yes you can update back to ios 8.3 it isn't harmful for your device. i advise u don't update to ios 8.3 until jailbreak tool available for it you can use ifunbox properly on ios 8.2 but you cant use ifunbox on ios 8.3 :

Apple is patching everything. A jailbreak for 8.1.3/8.2/8.3 doesn't look too good so far.

but even you can use ifunbox on ios 8.2

Yesterday I discovered I could downgrade to 8.2, so I found the right file spent ages downloading it, followed all the instructions to install it and yes it works, but be warned ...

 

I backed up my phone before I installed 8.2 because I read it does a factory reset and completely wipes it.

 

When mine was completed, I clicked to restore my apps, contacts, notes, calendars etc and it wouldn't restore because my back up was 8.3 and my iOS was now 8.2, so be warned!

 

I'm now back on 8.3 because I would have lost everything otherwise

You should hold shift and click on update not on restore because restore will delete all your data but update don't delete your data but better you backup your device via itune for safty
