Help/Support fatal: destination path theos

[Samollthecamel 6.2k iPad Air 2 10.0.1]

hi, im upto the last step once again in installing theos on my ipad. when cloning the last thing once again, i get a error saying

 

fatal: destination path '/var/theos/sdks' already exists and is not an empty directory.

 

does this mean i just skip this part or i have to do some additional steps? thank you for any information

Read the "Additional Information" part of the theos tutorial:

"- If your SDK is failing to install, try deleting the sdks folder in your theos directory and then run the git command."

just tried and still get the same error

never mind, found out i had 2 theos folders ._. deleted from one but not the other before. deleted both and now its loading thanks

Run:

rm -rf /var/theos/sdks

Then run the git command to copy theos again.

Make sure your theos is installed in /var

even after i fixed it? also can you give me an example of where to cd into? like should i make a /var/projects folder then type

Type in cd /var/root

And then run theos, your projects will automatically be created inside /var/root folder.
