Help/Support Help installing Theos on ios 10.3.3

Hello and sorry for not being able to help you but, I am curious about how did  you manage to install Theos on your device since I can't do that because of a problem when installing LLVM+Clang it gives me two dependencies :
IOS Firmware: <9;      
LLVM+Clang(64 bit)

I'm using an Iphone 5 (32bit) on IOS 10.3.3 H3lix jailbreak
